Section 181(a) in The Rajasthan Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Rules, 2009
(a)the minimum lateral clearance of half a metre is maintained between any part of a vehicle and any fixture and any equipment used in an excavation or tunneling work after allowing the throw or swing of such fixture or equipment;
