Section 19(3) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(3)Where the auditorium consists of more than one floor, latrines and urinals at the above scale shall be provided for each floor :Provided that a minimum of one latrine and one urinal shall be provided on each floor.
