Section 11(4) in Bihar Electricity Regulatory Commission (Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum and Electricity Ombudsman) Regulations, 2006
(4)A person after ceasing to hold office of Electricity Ombudsman as such shall not accept any commercial employment or represent any person before the Commission or any authority for a period of two years from the date he/she ceases to hold such office.
