Section 26 in The Displaced Persons (Debts Adjustment) Act, 1951
26. Signing and verification of applications and written statements.
Every application and the schedules, if any, attached thereto and every written statement filed before the Tribunal for any relief under this Act shall be signed and verified in the manner prescribed by the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (5 of 1908), for the signing and verification of pleadings.
