Section 100(1) in The Limited Liability Partnership (Winding up and Dissolution) Rules, 2010
(1)Every order, shall be drawn up by the Registrar of Tribunal, unless in any proceeding or class of proceedings, the Member or the Registrar of Tribunal directs that the order need not be drawn up.
