(15)make recommendations to the Board with regard to -(i)fees and other charges for programs of study at the Institute and for residence in the students' hostels and halls of residence;(ii)admission of students to various academic programs of the Institute;(iii)the creation of posts on the academic staff and their abolition thereof; and(iv)the emoluments and duties attached to such posts; and
