Section 29(1) in The M.P. Farmers' Organisation Election Rules, 1999
(1)Every elector to whom a ballot paper has been issued under Rule 28 or under any other provisions of these rules shall maintain secrecy of voting within the polling station and for that purpose observe the voting procedure hereafter laid down.
