Section 2(vi) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000
(vi)"Deputy Director" means the Deputy Director, Agricultural Marketing and includes an Assistant Director, appointed by the Jharkhand Government or the Board to discharge all or any of the functions of Deputy Director under these rules;
