- The educational institutions shall be classified as follows:-(a)state institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by State Government;(b)local authority institutions, that is to say, educational institutions established or maintained and administered by a local authority, and(c)private educational institutions, that is to say,. educational institutions established or maintained and administered by any person or body of persons registered in the manner prescribed.
