Section 6(1) in The Bangalore Metro Railway (Opening of Public Carriage for Passengers) Rules, 2011
(1)The Bangalore Metro Railway Administration shall ensure that Bangalore metro railway or a portion thereof proposed to be opened to be is operationally fit in every respect before inspection.
