17. The Finance Officer.
The Finance Officer not below the rank of an Assistant Controller of State Accounts Department shall be a whole time Officer of the University appointed by the State Government for such period as may be specified by the Government in this behalf and the terms and conditions of Services of the Finance Officer shall be as specified by the Government.
