Section 30 in The Goa, Daman and Diu Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1986
30. Cognizance of offences.
(1)No Court shall take, cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except on a complaint made by, or with the previous sanction in writing of the Secretary.(2)No Court inferior to that of Magistrate of the First Class shall try offence punishable by or under this Act.
