28. Teaching of the University.
(1)All teaching recognized by the University shall be conducted in the University Departments or in colleges or institutions.(2)The authorities responsible for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.(3)The courses of study and curricula shall be such as may be prescribed by Ordinances and, subject thereto, by the Regulations.
