Section 287(1) in Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012
(1)Where any immovable property is divided by metes and bounds in the inventory proceeding and it is necessary to create an easement, such easement of necessity shall be created and recorded in such proceeding.
