42. Payment of certain moneys to the University.
(1)The former University shall, out of its funds as on the day immediately before the appointed day, pay to the University such amount as the State Government may, in consultation with the former University, specify.(2)The amount payable under sub-section (1) shall be in addition to the amounts transferred under section 41.
