State of Tamilnadu - Subsection

Section 24(1) in Tamil Nadu Rights of Persons with Disabilities Rules, 2018

(1)The Government shall constitute a fund to be called the "State Fund for Persons with Disabilities" (hereinafter in this chapter referred to as the "State Fund") and its management and administration shall be conducted by a governing body consisting of following members, namely:-
(i) Secretary to Government, Welfare of theDifferently Abled Persons Department -- Chairperson
(ii) Secretary to Government, Finance (Expenditure) -- Member
(iii) Commissioner for Welfare of the DifferentlyAbled -- Member Secretary
