Section 31 in The Goa Public Men's Corruption (Investigations and Inquiries) Act, 1988
31. Commission to make suggestions.
- The Commission, if in the discharge of its function under this Act, notices a practice or procedure which in its opinion affords an opportunity for corruption, it may bring it to the notice of the Government and may suggest such changes in the said practice or procedure as it may deem fit.
