(1)Any Police officer specially employed in this behalf by a competent authority may arrest without warrant for an offence specified in section 110.(2)Any Police officer may, on the information of any person in possession, or charge of any dwelling house, private premises or land or ground attached thereto, arrest without warrant any person alleged to have committed therein or thereon an offence punishable under section 120.
