Section 3(1) in The Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board Act, 1955
(1)As soon as may be after the coming into force of this Act, the State Government, shall, by a notification in the [Official Gazette] [Substituted by Rajasthan 41 of 1960.] establish for the purposes of this Act a Board to be called the Rajasthan Khadi and Village Industries Board.
