(c)["Agricultural and Rural] [Clause '(aa)' and '(dd)' added and for the words 'Land Development Bank' and 'Primary Land Development Bank' the words 'Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' and Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' substituted vide Act No. 16 of 1987, w.e.f. 16-11-87.] Development Bank" means a [Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank] [Clause '(aa)' and '(dd)' added and for the words 'Land Development Bank' and 'Primary Land Development Bank' the words 'Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' and Primary Agriculture and Rural Development Bank' substituted vide Act No. 16 of 1987, w.e.f. 16-11-87.] or State Bank registered or deemed to be registered under the Himachal Pradesh Co-operative Societies Act, 1968 (3 of 1969);
