6. Teaching of the University.
(1)All recognized teaching in connection with the degree, diploma and certificate and any other academic distinction of the University shall be conducted, under the administrative control of the Executive Council, by the teachers of the University, in accordance with the syllabus prescribed by regulations.(2)The course and curricula and the authorities for organizing such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed by the regulations.
