Section 61(ii) in Regulations of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural University
(ii)Controlling officers may permit an employee who for valid reasons carries his personal effects by road or canal or partly by road or canal and partly passenger train between stations connected by rail to draw actual expenses up to the limit of the amount which would have been admissible had he taken the maximum number of kilograms by goods train.
