Section 52(1) in The Punjab State Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) Regulations, 2005
(1)While making an order as above or at any time thereafter, the Commission shall direct the publication of the tariff determined by the Commission, which the Transmission or the Distribution Licensee shall charge from different consumers or customers and categories thereof in the ensuing period determined by the Commission.
