- If, on the property being put up for sale, a fair price in the estimation of the selling officer is not offered for it, and if the defaulter or a person authorized to act in his behalf, or the landholder applies to have the sale postponed until the next day, the sale shall be postponed until that day and shall then be completed, whatever price may be offered for the property.
