Section 18(1) in The Haryana Prevention of Beggary Act, 1971
(1)For carrying out the purposes of this Act the State Government may appoint a Chief Inspector of Certified Institutions, Inspectors and such number of Assistant Inspectors and Probation Officers as it thinks fit to assist the Chief Inspector, and every person so appointed to assist the Chief Inspector shall have the powers, and perform such of the duties of the Chief Inspector, as the State Government may direct, but shall act under the directions of the Chief Inspector.
