At the obfsfet pf -fheyqrguments^f^grned counsel for the applicants fairly submitte&3,thaf fhey"will be satisfied if the OA is \ treated as comprehensive representation and the respondents are directed to consider the same judiciously keeping in mind the notification dated 12.01.2018 and the representation/lawyers notice dated 20.12.2018. By accepting the prayer made by the ' applicants' side, we direct the applicants to produce the copy of ( the OA before the respondent no;4 within a period of one month t. from the date of receipt of this order.
