Section 7(1) in The Meghalaya Fiscal Responsibility and Budget Management Act, 2006
(1)Government shall in each financial year lay before the House of the Legislature the following statements of fiscal policy along with the budget, namely:-(a)Macroeconomic Framework Statement;(b)Medium Term Fiscal Policy Statement;(c)Fiscal Policy Strategy Statement.
