Section 11(a) in Andhra Pradesh Exhibition of Films on Television Screen through Video Cassette Recorders (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(a)Any person who has been granted permission under Section 6 may apply for a license referred to in subsection (1) of Section 3 for exhibition of cinematography film on television screen through video cassette recorder. The application shall be submitted in Form 'F\ in triplicate, before the licensing authority and shall be accompanied by a treasury receipt for payment of fee as may be prescribed by the Government from time to time.
