Section 18(1) in Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Rules, 2012
(1)With a view to obtaining applications from candidates desirous of getting a license, the Director, Land Records and Survey, Bihar shall prepare an advertisement and cause it to be published through the website of the Department of Information and Public Relations and the Department of Revenue and Land Reforms, Government of Bihar. Besides other facts, age-limit, educational, technical qualifications, experience, reservation roster, the licensed surveyors' functions and duties, fees and remuneration and other conditions shall be incorporated in the aforesaid advertisement.
