(1)The Chief Executive Councilor and the Executive Councilors shall be whole time functionaries and shall be paid out of the General Council Fund such salaries and allowances as may be prescribed.(2)The other term and conditions of service of the Chief Executive Councilor and the Executive Councilors shall be such as may be prescribed.
