- The delegation of Financial power of different authorities for making expenditure under this Act shall be as under :-| (a) | Board of Governors | Full power |
| (b) | Executive Committee | Upto Rs. 1 Cr. |
| (c) | Chief Executive Officer level | Upto Rs. 20 lakh. |
