Section 3(3) in Shatabdi Anna Kalash Yojana Rules, 2011
(3)The State Executive Committee of the State Disaster Management Authority shall administer the State Fund. However, the Secretaries/Principal Secretaries of Food and Consumer Affairs and Social Welfare Departments shall be the special invitees in such meetings of the Committee.
