Section 123(3) in Kolkata Municipal Corporation Act, 1980
(3)The money credited to the Municipal Fund in the Commercial Projects Account shall, subject to the regulations made in this behalf, be applied for the purposes of (a)meeting the development and maintenance costs of commercial projects,(b)undertaking new commercial projects.
