-C. Every ex-member, out of the railway coupons admissible to him under sub-section (2) of Section 5 shall on making his option every year between 1st June and 31st August in From 'EEE' be paid in cash an amount not exceeding Fifty thousand rupees for petrol or diesel for his/her own vehicle.
