Section 76(1) in Andhra Pradesh Municipalities (Conduct of Election of Members) Rules, 2005
(1)The provisions of Rule 75 shall not apply to any person, who produces at the polling station an election duty certificate issued by Election Officer and seeks permission to cast his vote at that polling station although it is different from the one where he is entitled to vote.
