Section 3(7)(i) in The Bihar Land Reforms (Fixation of Ceiling Area and Acquisition of Surplus Land) Rules, 1963

(i)Notwithstanding anything contained in the foregoing sub-rules the Collector shall, in cases of service of notice or order under sub-rule (5) and may in other cases if he thinks fit order that the notice or order shall be served-
