Section 56(1) in The Orissa Registration Rules, 1988
(1)Whenever a special power of attorney is used in registration offices for the purposes of Section 32, or when a document is presented for registration by a person entitled to present it and execution is admitted by an agent under a special power of attorney, the power shall be returned forthwith to the person by whom it was presented with the endorsement made upon it Form No. 9(d) in Appendix-II.
