Section 2(b) in Haryana Passenger Transport Scheme, 2003
(b)The State Government may, at any time keeping in view the traffic demand, increase the number of pemits on any particular route of this scheme. The increased number of pemits shall be allotted in accordance with the provisions of the scheme.
