Section 13(1) in Tamil Nadu Land Improvement Schemes Act, 1959
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the Government may, by notification, constitute for such river valley catchment area as may be specified in the notification, a River Valley Soil Conservation Board which shall be called by such name as may be specified in the notification.
