Section 56 in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
56. Removal of difficulties. -If any difficulty arises as to
the first constitution or reconstitution of any authority of theUniversity after the commencement of this Act, or otherwise infirst giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Governmentmay, by order, doanything which appears to them necessaryfor the purpose of removing the difficulty.
