- The applicant shall within two months from the date of service of notice upon him supply to the office of the Registrar, 4 copies of the Paper Books as prescribed in Rule 205 below, if the applicant is the Commissioner and 6 copies if the applicant is the assessee and 2 copies in the former and 4 copies in the latter case shall be supplied free of costs to the assessee or the Commissioner, as the case may be.
