(2)[ Any person aggrieved by the finding of the Board mentioned in sub-section (1) of this section may, within a month of the date of his knowledge of such finding, appeal to the Commission for setting aside the said finding and the order of the Commission passed in this respect shall be final :Provided that the person against whom any such finding is given by the Board shall not cease to be a member of the Committee until the order of the Commission in appeal, or, if no appeal is preferred until the time allowed for preferring an appeal has passed.]
