Section 8(1) in Jharkhand Raksha Shakti University Act, 2016
(1)The Governor of Jharkhand shall be the Chancellor and shall, by virtue of his office, be the head of the University and the Chairman of the Governing Council and shall, when present, preside over the meetings of the Governing Council, and at any convocation of the University.
