Standard weight and remedy allowed on coins of certain denominations coined in the memory of "Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee". The Standard weight of the coins of the following denominations, coined under the provisions of Section 6 of the Act, in the memory of Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee and the remedy allowed in the making of such coins shall be as specified in the Table below :-Table

50 Rupees 30Grams 1/100th plus or minus both for Copper andNickel, that is to say, Copper could vary from 74% to 76% andNickel from 24% to 26%.   1/40th plus or minus, that is to say, theweight could vary from 29.250 grams to 30.750 grams.
10 Rupees 12.5 Grams 1/100th plus or minus both for Copper andNickel, that is to say, Copper could vary from 74% to 76% andNickel from 24% to 26%.   1/40th plus or minus, that is to say, theweight could vary from 12.187 grams to 12.812 grams.
2 Rupees 6 Grams 1/100th plus or minus both for Copper andNickel, that is to say, Copper could vary from 74% to 76% andNickel from 24% to 26%.   1/40th plus or minus, that is to say, theweight could vary from 5.850 grams to 6.150 grams.
