Section 9(13) in Bihar State Universities (Patna, University of Bihar, Bhagalpur and Ranchi) Act, 1960
(13)It shall be the duty of the Vice-Chancellor to see that the proceedings of the University are carried on in accordance with the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances, the Regulations and the Rules and to report to the Chancellor every proceedings which is not in conformity with such provisions.
