Section 9(1)(b) in Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987

(b)For all other institutions mentioned in cu. (b) to (f) in sub-rule (2) of Rule.l the competent authority for granting or withdrawing of temporary/permanent recognition/affiliation shall be the University concerned.
