Section 22(1) in The Registration Act, 1977 (1920 A.D.)
(1)Where it is, in the opinion of [the Government] [In sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 29, 36, 69 (2) and 91 the words 'the Government' Substituted for the words 'His Highness' by Act X of 1996.], practicable to describe houses, not being houses in towns, and lands by reference to a Government map or survey, [the Government] [In sections 3, 5, 6, 7, 10, 14, 15, 16, 17, 22, 29, 36, 69 (2) and 91 the words 'the Government' Substituted for the words 'His Highness' by Act X of 1996.] may, by rule made under this Act, require that such houses and lands as aforesaid shall, for the purposes of section 21, be so described.
