Section 3(3) in West Bengal State Council of Technical and Vocational Education and Skill Development Act, 2013
(3)The head office of the Council shall be located at Kolkata at a place to be notified by the State Government and the Council may, with the prior approval of the State Government, establish offices at any other places in West Bengal.
