Section 28(2) in The M.P. Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(2)Except in cases of staff employed for surprise checking and approved by Chief Inspector as such the notice of hours of work shall be written in language understood by the majority of workers and shall be displayed at a conspicuous place where the motor transport workers ordinarily call for duly and shall be maintained in clean and legible condition :Provided that if the Chief Inspector is of opinion that the duty schedule or any other record maintained as a part of the routine of the undertaking gives the particulars required under this rule, he may, by order in writing, direct that the maintenance of such record shall be sufficient compliance with the provisions of this rule.
