No. S.O. 486(E), dated 1st April, 2005. - In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (3) and (5) of section 30 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), and in supersession of The Tea (Distribution and Export) Control Order 1957, except as respect things done or omitted to have been done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following Order, namely,-
